Haigekassa võtab koodiga 1J2133 tähistatud tervishoiuteenuse eest tasu maksmise kohustuse üle vähemalt 18-aastaselt patsiendilt, kelle KMI on alla 30 kg/m² ja kehakaal on olnud stabiilne vähemalt viimase 12 kuu jooksul ning kellel on dokumenteeritud vabalt rippuv kõhunahavolt pikkusega üle 8 cm, millel esinevad dermatiit, haavandid ja/või troofikahäired, ning juhul, kui konservatiivse dermatoloogilise raviga ei ole saavutatud nahanähtude paranemist.
