The customs authorities shall designate a coordinating office in each Member State for any action concerning infringements or irregularities relating to ATA carnets. Those authorities shall inform the Commission of the designation of the coordinating offices together with their full address. A list of the offices shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities, C series.
