a consignor who originates cargo or mail for its own account and whose procedures meet common security rules and standards sufficient to allow carriage of that cargo on all-cargo aircraft or mail on all-mail aircraft
Esindaja teenuseid kasutava kaubasaatja staatuse määramiseks peab taotleja esitama kokkuleppelisele esindajale või lennuettevõtjale enda kohustusi käsitleva deklaratsiooni määruse lisas 2 toodud vormil.
Kui kokkuleppeline esindaja või lennuettevõtja on rahul lõigete 1 ja 3 alusel saadud teabega, võib ta kaubasaatja määratleda esindaja teenuseid kasutava kaubasaatjana.
All cargo and mail shall be subjected to security controls prior to being loaded on an aircraft. An air carrier shall not accept cargo or mail for carriage on an aircraft unless it has applied such controls itself or their application has been confirmed and accounted for by a regulated agent, a known consignor or an account consignor.
