6) bilansileping – süsteemihalduri ja bilansihalduri vahel sõlmitud avatud tarne leping, mille alusel süsteemihaldur müüb bilansihaldurile või ostab temalt igal kauplemisperioodil bilansi tagamiseks vajaliku koguse bilansienergiat;

6) ‘balance agreement’ means an open supply contract between the system operator and a balance provider by which the system operator undertakes to sell to or purchase from the balance provider the amount of balancing electricity necessary to maintain its balance during each trading period;

(7) Bilansileping on süsteemihalduri ja bilansihalduri vahel sõlmitud avatud tarne leping, mille alusel bilansihaldur kohustub bilansi tagama. Bilansilepingu lahutamatuks osaks on bilansilepingu tüüptingimused, milles sätestatakse süsteemihalduri ja bilansihalduri õigused ja kohustused bilansivastutuse tagamisel.

(7) ‘Balance contract’ means the open supply contract entered into by the system operator and the balance provider under which the balance provider undertakes to ensure the balance. Standard terms and conditions of that contract, which set out the rights and the obligations of the system operator and of the balance provider in ensuring the balance responsibility, constitute an integral part of the contract.
