3) baasfinantseerimine – teadus- ja arendustegevuse finantseerimine teadus- ja arendusasutuse arengueesmärkide saavutamiseks, sealhulgas riigisiseste ja -väliste projektide kaasfinantseerimiseks, uute uurimissuundade avamiseks ning infrastruktuuri ajakohastamiseks, täiendamiseks ja ülalpidamiseks eraldatav toetus;, 3) ‘baseline funding’ means the financing of research and development for the purpose of attaining the development objectives of a research and development institution, including funding allocated for co-financing national and foreign projects, opening new fields of research, and for updating, improving and maintaining the infrastructure;, defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act, kehtib kuni 01.10.2025, in force until 01.10.2025
