For the purposes of the provisions concerning tariff preferences granted by the Community to certain products originating in the Republics of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and the territories of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, (hereinafter referred to as "beneficiary Republics or Territories"), the following products shall be considered as products originating in a beneficiary Republic or Territory:
(a) products wholly obtained in that beneficiary Republic or Territory, within the meaning of Article 99;
(b) products obtained in that beneficiary Republic or Territory, in the manufacture of which products other than those referred to in (a) are used, provided that the said products have undergone sufficient working or processing within the meaning of Article 100.
