The citations referred to in Articles 2 (2) (d), 11 (2) (e), 25 (2) (g) and 26 (2) (q) of Regulation (EEC) N° 2392/89 shall be those which specify that the persons or groups of persons concerned are purveyors to an important dignitary or high authority in accordance with the provisions and the traditional and customary practices in the Member State or the third country of destination.
