Käesoleva seaduse mõistes on lõhkeaine valmistamispunkt koht, kus paikneb statsionaarne või teisaldatav agregaat ammooniumnitraadi segamiseks vedelate või tahkete põlevkomponentidega koos lähtekomponentide ladude ja abiseadmetega lihtlõhkeaine valmistamiseks.
"Box length" - in a combination of vehicles having more than one trailer, means the external measurement from the front of the foremost trailer to the rear of the rearmost trailer, including load, but excluding any portion of auxiliary equipment or machinery that extends beyond the front of the foremost trailer and that is not designed or used for the transportation of good.
Labels must be secured to an engine part necessary for normal engine operation and not normally requiring replacement during engine life. Additionally, these labels must be located so as to be readily visible to the average person after the engine has been completed with all the auxiliaries necessary for engine operation.
