Ümbritseva õhu interferentsimõõtur (ANITA) põhineb Fourier’ teisendusega infrapunaspektroskoopial (FTIR). Kuna iga mõõdetav gaas neelab valgust kindlal sagedusel, siis neid ümbritseva õhu interferentsimõõturi abil saadud spektraaljooni analüüsitakse ning seejärel arvutatakse gaasi kontsentratsioon.
Ambient air interferometer (ANITA) is based on Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Since each gas being measured absorbs light at a specific frequency, the spectral lines obtained using the ambient air interferometer are analyzed, and the gas concentration is then calculated.
