  • Akreditiiviarvelduse puhul kohustub akreditiivi avanud kontopidaja käsundiandja (akreditiivi avaja) korralduse alusel või omal algatusel akreditiivi järgi soodustatud isiku kasuks vastavalt akreditiivi tingimustele, eelkõige ettenähtud dokumentide esitamisel, tegema makse või aktseptima ja lunastama kolmanda isiku veksli või täitma muu kohustuse või volitama selleks teist kontopidajat (täitev kontopidaja).
