  • (1) Lennujaama tasud on tasud teenuste eest, mida lennujaama kasutajatele pakub lennujaama haldaja ja mis on seotud õhusõiduki maandumise, õhku tõusmise ja parkimisega, lennujaama valgustamise, reisijate ja kauba käitlemise ning lennundusjulgestusega (edaspidi lennujaamateenused). Lennujaamatasude määrad kehtestab lennujaama haldaja.
