For the purposes of this Regulation: ... c) "production costs" means costs related to current production, calculated in accordance with the three-monthly outline statements of costs sent to the Commission by the associations of coal undertakings. These cover, apart from mining operations, operations for the dressing of coal, in particular washing, sizing, and sorting, and the costs of transport to the place of use.
