- amounts expressed in ecus into the national currency of a Member State;
- amounts expressed in the national currency of a Member State into ecus
It shall apply, for each amount and prices mentioned in Article 2 (1) to (6), from the date on which an agricultural conversion rate fixed on or after 1 February 1995 is first applied.
In Article 3a:... (b) in paragraph 3, the words 'representative rate' are replaced by 'agricultural conversion rate'.
