  • (1) Tegevustoetus on toetus avalik-õiguslikele ülikoolidele ja riigi rakenduskõrgkoolidele kvaliteetse kõrgharidustaseme õppe korraldamiseks ja arendamiseks ning kõrgkooli missiooni täitmiseks.
