Processing aid for sugar cane
1. Aid for the direct processing of sugar cane into sucrose syrup or agricultural rum as laid down in Article 18 of Regulation (EEC) No 1600/92 shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Regulation to any manufacturer or sucrose syrup or any distiller whose facilities are located on the territory of the island of Madeira.
