1) struktuuritoetus (edaspidi toetus) on rahaline abi, mida antakse nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 1083/2006 artiklis 1 nimetatud struktuurifondide ja Ühtekuuluvusfondi ning Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruses (EÜ) nr 1638/2006 nimetatud Euroopa naabrus- ja partnerlusinstrumendi vahenditest või Eesti riigi poolt nende vahendite kasutamise kaasrahastamiseks sihtotstarbeliselt eraldatavatest täiendavatest vahenditest;, 1) "structural assistance" (hereinafter assistance) means financial support granted from the funds of the structural funds specified in Article 1 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 and the Cohesion Fund and the European neighborhood and partnership instrument specified in Regulation (EC) No 1638/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council or by the Estonian state from additional funds which are allocated for the specific purpose of co-financing the use of such funds;, defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
