Lõhkajalt, lõhkematerjalilao juhatajalt, lõhkematerjali väljastajalt või laborandilt võib kutsetunnistuse ära võtta, kui: 1) ta on sooritanud käesoleva seaduse § 33 lõikes 1 loetletud õiguserikkumise; 2) tema tegevus põhjustas raske või surmaga lõppenud tööõnnetuse või avarii; 3) ta on korduvalt rikkunud ohutuseeskirjade nõudeid.
For the purpose of Directive 98/18/EC, the international conventions, including the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS Convention) and other international codes and resolutions, for the safety rules and standards for passenger vessels, were in force on the date of the adoption of that Directive.
