This class includes citrus fruit which, as a whole, do not quality for inclusion in the higher classes but satisfy the minimum requirements specified above.
Defects in shape, development and colour are allowed if they do not seriously harm the general appearance, or the keeping qualities of fruit of a given consignment:
- defect in shape,
- defect in colouring,
- rough skin,
- superficial healed skin alterations,
- slight and partial detachment of the pericarp for oranges (detachement being normal for mandarins, clementines, satsumas, wilkings and tangerines).
