A supplement to the premium provided for in Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 727/70 of 21 April 1970 on the common organization of the market in raw tobacco(18) shall be granted for the collection of leaf tobacco of the Burley P. variety, up to a maximum of 250 tonnes. This premium shall be paid to purchasers as defined in the said Article.
