In the light of the data submitted in the file and examined by the Member States, the conditions for the provisional authorisation under the conditions laid down in the Annex of the new uses of the additives 'Tartrazine' (E102), 'Sunset Yellow FCF' (E110), 'Patent Blue V' (E131), and 'Chlorophyll copper complex' (E141) belonging to the group of 'Colorants, including pigments' have been met.
