(1) Lepitusorgan käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on õigusaktis sätestatud riigi või kohaliku omavalitsuse organi juures asuv üksus, mis tegutseb lepitajana käesoleva seaduse § 1 lõikes 3 nimetatud valdkonnas., (1) A conciliation body within the meaning of this Act is a unit which is provided for by legislation and is affiliated to an authority of the State or of a local authority and acts as a conciliator in the field mentioned in subsection 3 of § 1 of this Act., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
