  • fotosünteesi biokeemilise faasi kümnes ensümaatilises reaktsioonis toimuv CO2 redutseerumine sahhariidideks
  • It is a reductive pentose phosphate cycle or C3 cycle is a series of biochemical redox reactions that take place in the stroma of chloroplast in photosynthetic organisms. Calvin-Benson-Bassham cycle (CBB) uses those high energy molecules (ATP and NADPH) to drive the production of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (G-3-P). G-3-P can then be used to synthesize hexose sugars which are the primary source of nutrients for heterotrophs.
Good to know
  • Energiat ja reduktiivjõudu saadakse fotosünteesi valgusreaktsioonides tekkinud ATPst ja NADPHst. Jaotatakse karboksüülumise (CO2 sidumine ribuloos-1,5-bisfosfaadiga), redutseerumise (3-fosfoglütseraadist glütseeraldehüüdfosfaadi tekkimine) ja regenereerumise (ribuloos-1,5-bisfosfaadi taastamine) etappideks.
