Eesti Autoklubi kuulub alates 1995. aastast Turismi- ja Autoklubide katuseorganisatsiooni Alliance Internationale de Tourisme - AIT, mis ühendab ligikaudu 130 autoklubi 89 riigist ja üle 300 miljoni inimese. 1997. aastal sõlmis EAK koostöölepingu Euroopa suurima autoabi teenuse pakkujaga ARC Transistance SA.
