  • (1) Rakendusüksus on Vabariigi Valitsuse nimetatud ja käesoleva seaduse § 6 lõike 4 kohaselt rakendusüksuse ülesandeid täitma volitatud valitsusasutus, valitsusasutuse hallatav riigiasutus või eraõiguslik juriidiline isik.
