Usage examples
  • In cases where the eluate, after passage through the column, is too dilute for a further analysis it must be concentrated. It may be necessary to evaporate the eluate to dryness and dissolve it again. Concentration of the eluate must be effected under conditions which ensure that no changes occur in the eluate.
