(3) Vein käesoleva seaduse mõistes on viinamarjadest toodetud: 1) ainult kääritamise teel saadud üle 1,2 mahuprotsendilise kuni 15 (kaasa arvatud) mahuprotsendilise etanoolisisaldusega toode, mille KNi esimesed neli numbrit on 2204 või 2205 (välja arvatud vahutav vein); 2) ainult kääritamise teel ilma rikastamata saadud üle 15 mahuprotsendilise kuni 18 (kaasa arvatud) mahuprotsendilise etanoolisisaldusega toode, mille KNi esimesed neli numbrit on 2204 või 2205 (välja arvatud vahutav vein); 3) ainult kääritamise teel saadud üle 1,2 mahuprotsendilise kuni 15 (kaasa arvatud) mahuprotsendilise etanoolisisaldusega vahutav vein, mille KNi esimesed neli numbrit on 2205 või mille KNi esimesed kuus numbrit on 2204 10 või mille KNi kaheksa numbrit on 2204 21 06−2204 21 09 või 2204 29 10.

(3) For the purposes of this Act, ‘wine’ means the following products manufactured from grapes: 1) a product entirely of fermented origin with an ethanol content exceeding 1.2 percent by volume but not exceeding 15 percent by volume (inclusive), for which the first four digits of the CN are 2204 or 2205 (except sparkling wine); 2) a product entirely of fermented origin manufactured without any enrichment, with an ethanol content exceeding 15 percent by volume but not exceeding 18 percent by volume (inclusive), for which the first four digits of the CN are 2204 or 2205 (except sparkling wine); 3) sparkling wine entirely of fermented origin with an ethanol content exceeding 1.2 percent by volume but not exceeding 15 percent by volume (inclusive) for which the first four digits of the CN are 2205 or for which the first six digits of the CN are 2204 10 or the eight digits of the CN are 2204 21 06-2204 21 09 or 2204 29 10.
