(7) Terrorikuriteo ohver käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on isik, kes on kannatanu karistusseadustiku §-s 237 sätestatud kuriteo tunnustel alustatud kriminaalmenetluses, kui kriminaalmenetlust alustatakse Eesti Vabariigis, või sotsiaalseadustiku üldosa seaduse § 3 lõikes 1 nimetatud isik, keda käsitataks kannatanuna karistusseadustiku §-s 237 sätestatud kuriteokoosseisule vastavas teos, mis on toime pandud välisriigis., (7) For the purposes of this Act, a victim of a terrorist offence is a person who is a victim in criminal proceedings commenced on the elements of a crime provided in § 237 of the Penal Code, where criminal proceedings are commenced in the Republic of Estonia, or a person specified in subsection 1 of § 3 of the General Part of the Social Code Act who would be considered a victim of an act which corresponds to the elements of a crime provided in § 237 of the Penal Code which has been committed in a foreign state., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
