(1) Veterinaararst käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on veterinaararsti kvalifikatsiooniga isik, kellel on veterinaarteenuse osutamiseks vajalik veterinaararsti kutsetegevuse luba (edaspidi kutsetegevuse luba).
