Välissuhete riigisaladus on: 1) välissuhtlemisasutuse loodud rahvusvahelisi suhteid käsitlev teave, välja arvatud teave, mille avalikuks tulek ei kahjusta Eesti Vabariigi julgeolekut. See teave salastatakse salajasel või madalamal tasemel kuni 50 aastaks; 2) Välisministeeriumi juures tegutseva strateegilise kauba komisjoni kogutud ja koostatud teave, välja arvatud teave, mille avalikuks tulek ei kahjusta Eesti Vabariigi julgeolekut. See teave salastatakse salajasel või madalamal tasemel kuni 50 aastaks; 3) välissuhtlemisasutuse loodud teave, mille avalikuks tulek kahjustaks oluliselt Eesti Vabariigi välissuhtlemist, välja arvatud käesoleva paragrahvi punktis 1 nimetatud teave.
