(1) Usaldusfond on käesoleva seaduse alusel usaldusühinguna asutatud fond, mille asutamisele, tegevusele ja lõpetamisele kohaldatakse äriseadustikus sätestatut, kui käesolevast seadusest ei tulene teisiti.
