26) transiit – elektrienergia edastamine sellise lepingu alusel, mille pooled ei tarbi ega tooda edastatavat elektrienergiat Eestis;

26) ‘transit’ means the transmission of electricity under a contract whereby the parties to the contract do not consume or generate transmitted electricity in Estonia;

(4) Transiit käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on: 1) sõjalise kauba vedu läbi Eesti; 2) kaitseotstarbelise toote läbivedu Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu direktiivi 2009/43/EÜ kohaselt; 3) kahesuguse kasutusega kauba vedu Euroopa Liidu välisest riigist läbi Eesti teise Euroopa Liidu välisesse riiki.

(4) For the purposes of this Act, “transit” means: 1) the carriage of military goods through Estonia; 2) the passage of defence-related products through Estonia pursuant to Directive 2009/43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council; 3) the carriage of dual-use items from a country outside the European Union to another country outside the European Union through Estonia.
