(1) Teenistuskohustus on ülesanne, mida Kaitseliidu liige täidab käesoleva seaduse § 4 lõikes 1 sätestatud Kaitseliidu ülesannete täitmise eesmärgil ning Kaitseliidu koosseisus lõikes 2 nimetatud korrakaitseorgani ülesannete ja lõikes 31 nimetatud Kaitseväe ülesannete täitmises osalemise või valves osalemise eesmärgil.

(1) A duty is a task that a member of the Defence League shall perform with the purpose to perform the tasks of the Defence League provided in subsection 1 of § 4 of this Act and to participate in the composition of the Defence League in the performance of the tasks of the law enforcement agency specified in subsection 2 of § 4 and the tasks of the Defence Forces specified in subsection 31 of § 4 of this Act or to participate in guarding.
