262) taastuvenergia müügileping – leping, mille alusel füüsiline või juriidiline isik lepib kokku taastuvenergia ostmises otse tootjalt ning mis hõlmab muu hulgas elektrilepinguid elektrituruseaduse § 3 punkti 83 mõistes ning taastuvatest energiaallikatest toodetud kütte ja jahutuse müügilepinguid;
defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
262) ‘contract for sale of renewable energy’ means a contract by which a natural or legal person agrees to purchase renewable energy directly from a producer and which among other things covers electricity contracts within the meaning of clause 83 of § 3 of the Electricity Market Act, as well as contracts for sale of heating and cooling produced from renewable sources;
