§ 15. Tööstusdisainilahenduse omanik Tööstusdisainilahenduse omanik on isik, kellel on täielik õiguslik võim (ainuõigus) registreeritud tööstusdisainilahenduse üle ja kes on tööstusdisainilahenduse omanikuna kantud registrisse.
