265) tähtajaline fikseeritud elektrihinnaga leping – fikseeritud kehtivusajaga elektrileping, mille lepingulised tingimused ja elektrihind püsivad lepingu kehtivusajal muutumatuna;, 265) ‘contract for a specified period with a fixed electricity price’ means an electricity contract for a fixed effective period whose contractual terms and electricity price remain unchanged during the effective period;, defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
