1) allsüsteem on üleeuroopalise raudteesüsteemi struktuuriline või talitluslik osa, mille jaotus on kindlaks määratud Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu direktiivi (EL) 2016/797 Euroopa Liidu raudteesüsteemi koostalitluse kohta (ELT L 138, 26.05.2016, lk 44–101) II lisas;
defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
