1) riigisaladus – Eesti Vabariigi julgeoleku või välissuhtlemise tagamise huvides avalikuks tuleku eest kaitset vajav üksnes käesolevas seaduses ja selle alusel antud õigusaktides sätestatud tunnustele vastav teave, välja arvatud salastatud välisteave;
