4) riiklik tagatis – käesolevas seaduses sätestatud riikliku tagatise andja ja tagatise saaja vahel sõlmitud ning käesoleva seaduse § 8 lõikes 4 sätestatud tingimustele vastavast kirjalikust tagatislepingust tulenev riigi poolt tagatud riikliku tagatise andja kohustus tasuda tagatise saajale finantseerimistehingust tulenev võlgniku võlakohustus, arvestades § 8 lõikes 41 sätestatut.

4) “state guarantee” means the state-guaranteed obligation of a grantor of state guarantees, which arises from the written guarantee contract entered into between the grantor of state guarantees and the beneficiary of the guarantee and complies with the conditions of subsection 4 of § 8 of this Act, to pay the debt of the debtor arising from a financing transaction to the guarantee holder, taking account of the provisions of subsection 41 of § 8.
