(3) Riiklik õhusõiduk on avaliku võimu volitusi omava asutuse või isiku õhusõiduk, millega täidetakse riigi sõjalise kaitse, tollijärelevalve, päästesündmuse lahendamise, keskkonnakaitse, politsei või muud avaliku korra või riigi julgeoleku tagamisega seotud ülesannet.
