(1) Grupierandiga hõlmatud riigiabiks loetakse nõukogu määruse (EL) nr 2015/1588, milles käsitletakse Euroopa Liidu toimimise lepingu artiklite 107 ja 108 kohaldamist teatavate horisontaalse riigiabi liikide suhtes (kodifitseeritud tekst) (ELT L 248, 24.09.2015, lk 1–8), artiklis 1 nimetatud abi, mille kohta Euroopa Komisjon on kehtestanud vastava grupierandi määruse., (1) State aid covered by group exemption shall be deemed to be the aid specified in Article 1 of Council Regulation (EU) No 2015/1588 on the Implementation of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to certain categories of horizontal State aid (OJ L 248, 14.5.2015, p. 1-8), with regard to which the European Commission has adopted the corresponding group exemption regulation., defined within the scope of this Act, defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
