(5) Püsielupaik käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on väljaspool kaitseala või selle piiranguvööndis asuv piiritletud ja erinõuete kohaselt kasutatav: 1) kaitsealuse looma sigimisala või muu perioodilise koondumise paik; 2) kaitsealuse taime või seene looduslik kasvukoht; 3) lõhe või jõesilmu kudemispaik; 4) pruunkaru talvitumispaik; 5) jõevähi looduslik elupaik; 6) mägra rohkem kui kümne suudmega urulinnak.
