(5) Eriotstarbeline liinivedu on töötajate vedu tööle ja tagasi ning õpilaste ja üliõpilaste selline vedu õppeasutusse ja tagasi, mida korraldatakse tellijaga sõlmitud avaliku teenindamise lepingu või kommertsliiniveo lepingu alusel ning mille puhul arveldatakse vedaja ja tellija vahel.
