§ 5. Kaughasartmäng (1) Kaughasartmäng on hasartmängu korraldamine viisil, kus mängu tulemus selgitatakse elektroonilisel seadmel ja mängija saab mängus osaleda elektroonilise sidevahendi, sealhulgas telefoni, Interneti ja meediateenuste vahendusel.
