(1) Reguleeritud üksus käesoleva peatüki tähenduses on krediidiasutus, kindlustusandja, edasikindlustusandja, fondivalitseja ja investeerimisühing ning eriotstarbeline varakogum kindlustustegevuse seaduse § 3 lõike 4 tähenduses (edaspidi eriotstarbeline varakogum).

(1) For the purposes of this Chapter a regulated entity is a credit institution, insurance undertaking, reinsurance undertaking, management company and investment firm and a special purpose vehicle for the purposes of subsection 6 of § 31 of the Insurance Activities Act (hereinafter special purpose vehicle).
