(1) Registreeritud kaubasaaja käesoleva seaduse mõistes on isik, kellele on käesoleva seaduse § 40 alusel antud õigus ärilisel eesmärgil vastu võtta teisest liikmesriigist ajutises aktsiisivabastuses lähetatud aktsiisikaupa.
