(1) Vara taasriigistamine käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on tasuta üleantud riigivara tagastamine Eesti Vabariigi omandisse kooperatiivsete, riiklik-kooperatiivsete ja ühiskondlike organisatsioonide omandist.
