(9) Raske kütteõli käesoleva seaduse mõistes on kütus, mille KNi kaheksa numbrit on 2707 99 99, 2710 19 62, 2710 19 64, 2710 19 68, 2710 20 31, 2710 20 35 või 2710 20 39.
defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
(9) For the purposes of this Act, ‘heavy fuel oil’ means fuel for which the eight digits of the CN code are 2707 99 99, 2710 19 62, 2710 19 64, 2710 19 68, 2710 20 31, 2710 20 35 or 2710 20 39.
