(1) Kutsetunnistus on elektrooniline kanne kutseregistris ja selle alusel väljastatud dokument, mis tõendab isiku kompetentsuse vastavust kutsestandardis kehtestatud nõuetele, osakutse puhul kutsestandardi ühe või mitme osa nõuetele. Kutsetunnistuse õigsuse eest vastutab kutsetunnistuse väljastanud kutse andja.
