(1) Krediidiasutusega seotud isikud on: 1) krediidiasutuse juhid; 2) käesoleva lõike punktis 1 nimetatud isikutega samaväärset majanduslikku huvi omavad isikud; 3) krediidiasutuses olulist osalust omav füüsilisest isikust aktsionär; 4) krediidiasutuses olulist osalust omava juriidilisest isikust aktsionäri juhatuse või seda asendava organi liige., (1) Persons related to a credit institution are: 1) the managers of the credit institutions; 2) persons with economic interests equivalent to those of the persons specified in clause 1 of this subsection; 3) shareholders who are natural persons and have qualifying holdings in the credit institution; 4) members of management boards or of substituting bodies of shareholders who are legal persons and have qualifying holdings in the credit institution., defined within the scope of this Act, defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
