(2) Vanemluskokkulepe on käesolevas seaduses sätestatud lepitusmenetluse edukal lõppemisel lepitusosaliste vahel sõlmitud ja Sotsiaalkindlustusameti kinnitatud kokkulepe., (2) ‘Parenting plan’ means an agreement that has been concluded between the parties to mediation as a result of successful termination of mediation proceedings and that has been approved by the Social Insurance Board., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
